Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you up to 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

  • The product must be in its original packaging (inner seal or wrapping must be intact).
  • The item must not have been assembled, worn, or used.
  • Both the product and packaging must be in resalable condition when received at our warehouse.

If you received a replacement and wish to return it, both the original and replacement items must be returned. Refunds will not be processed if either item is missing.

All returns must be shipped within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after this period or in visibly used condition will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please contact us at orders@paveero.com with the following details:

  • Full name and email used on the order
  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • The product you wish to exchange (if applicable)

Include this information inside your package using a note, packing slip, or a printed copy of your order confirmation to help us process it faster.

Important Information

  • The packing slip included with your order is not a return label.
  • No RMA number is required.
  • Paveero does not provide prepaid return labels and is not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your package is refused or returned to us (“Return to Sender”), you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and related fees. These will be deducted from any eligible refund once the item is received.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.

Feedback

As a small business, we greatly appreciate your feedback. If you experience any issues with your product, please let us know — your input helps us improve and continue creating better products for you.

Refunds

Please allow 7–14 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives at our facility. Once inspected, you will be notified via email if your return has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If you do not see the funds returned to your original payment method by the 5th business day, please contact us at orders@paveero.com to verify that your refund has been processed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll review the issue promptly and work to resolve it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refund Status

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 5 business days have passed since your return was processed and you have not received an email notification, please check your Spam/Junk folder, as messages can occasionally end up there.

If you still don’t see the refund by the 5th business day, contact us at orders@paveero.com to confirm that it has been completed.

Missing Items

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please get in touch with us at orders@paveero.com within 5 days of delivery.

If the package appears to be tampered with, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier as well.

Please verify your packing slip, which lists all items included in your order. When contacting us, include the following photo documentation:

  • A clear photo of the packing slip
  • A photo of all contents received in the package
  • A photo of the shipping label on the outer box

We must be notified within 5 days of delivery regarding any missing items. If verification is not received within this timeframe, we’ll assume the order was delivered correctly according to our records, and we will be unable to offer compensation or replacements.
